The emphasis on location brought this couple to Lora Bay, where they opted for a new subdivision home instead of their initial desire for a custom-built residence. That’s where Brett from IDC played a crucial role!

Brett worked on revitalizing and enhancing the space, incorporating new kitchen cabinets and stone features. The ceilings were adorned with beautiful tongue and groove paneling complemented by stunning wooden beams. The primary bedroom underwent a transformation with enhanced walls, while each bathroom was completely renovated.

Downstairs, the blank canvas was transformed into a fully finished space, featuring a gas fireplace with a stone feature, a custom-built bar, a workout room, two bathrooms, a bedroom and more. Outside, a deck capturing picturesque views of Georgian Bay was constructed, alongside an outdoor firepit and a covered seating area.
